[RPC] v2.60 broken healthcheck #1405

Starting RPC with v2.60.0-beta1 in fork11 works but the healthcheck is constantly failing with the following errors:

As we sync datadir with an initContainer, we disable the healthcheck temporally to ensure keep testing on devnet-alpha.
