Upgrade ethers as current version has a security problem, flagged in NPM audit #250

Describe the bug Simple really but the ethers package has a security vulnerability due to the "ws" package, NPM audit now complains about polygonid SDK due to this. Upgrading ethers should resolve it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install SDK
  2. Run NPM audit

Expected behavior No audit errors.
