For consume-notes, if no account ID is provided, use the default from the configs
If no notes are provided, use any consumable notes by the ID
Refactors some common functions into a utils mod

I'm getting this error when trying to consume multiple notes. In this case all notes are mint notes by a faucet to the target account.
