Built on top of #1307

Integrates LogUp GKR implementation into the VM.

Left to do:

[ ] Add first step boundary constraint for "s" column
[ ] Add transition constraints for "s" column
[ ] implement minor todo!() (e.g. serialization of GkrCircuitProof object)
