This is a tracking PR for the LogUp GKR work. The plan right now is:

Get the end-to-end process working.
Move all generic code to Winterfell (probably for Winterfell v0.10.0 release).
- At this point we should finalize the public interface for LogUp-GKR in Winterfell.
Update this branch to use the new release of Winterfell.
