feat: prove stdio using amqp docker compose setup

@0xaatif No, too big - too expensive. Requires at least 128GB RAM for 2 worker containers to work in parallel. This is only for manual development testing for scenarios where it is necessary to check if remote execution works (e.g. changes on paladin).
