Grey buy/sell button out when there’s no MM installed or it’s locked #183

The current appearance of the Buy/Sell button when MM is not installed/is disabled looks like this: create_order

The button should be greyed out and be disabled (based on its normal-enabled appeareance).

We don't have the exact colors for the grey out state. We can probably use a similar de-saturation than the one used on the wrap/un-wrap ether dialog: disabled_enabled
