Close #226

Adds a simple Spinner component with 2 sizes. Small by default.
Use Spìnner in the loading step, notification item, order book, order history, and my wallet componets accordingly (all components use the CardLoading, except the loading step and the notification item). Also use the corresponding size.
Remove font-awesome dependency.

Maybe it would be useful to have the spinner as a separate component which we could use anywhere.

Also, make the spinner 26x26px.

I think we should have a generic spinner component, and make it smaller for the Orderbook and My Order cards.
