Add required social connection to RFP with Discord support

What's included in this pr + description

• Refactor rfp mutation arguments and zod types
• Add social connection data model, question, and proposal form consumption
• Add Discord as first supported social connection type
• Delete foxes custom forms
• Seed all rfps with updated metadata model for requiredSocialConnections
• Fix word count minimum implementation for self-serve RFP
• Add discord and word count requirements to rfp sidebar if present

Motivation & Context

• consolidate forms and functionality parity

Steps to test

Discord

1. Create RFP with discord requirement -> propose to it
2. Button is disabled if discord not connected
3. Discord connection works successfully
4. Button enables once discord connected
5. Works on other RFPs too as discord connection is account-wide
6. Edit RFP to remove discord requirement -> no longer required on propose form

Minimum word count

1. Create a minimum word count -> word count enforced in proposals
2. Create with no minimum word count -> no enforcement in proposals

Outstanding issues

• No editing of minimum word count yet. It's annoying to build because we need to update the template, not the rfp and I'm thinking of refactoring the templates model anyways
