Add alchemyNetwork tags to networks constants #745

What's included in this pr + description

Add dedicated alchemyNetwork constants for stability in multicall infrastructure
Remove constraint of token-gating options being on connected network (now all supported networks)

Motivation & Context

Permissions can be independent from payment and is useful to be to let low cost tokens serve for gating
