Add "Looking for X" flag to RFP create and view

What's included in this pr + description

• Adds modal asking what user is looking for before taken into RFP creation form
• Moves RFP form one layer deeper in directory structure to introduce a new required field for lookingFor
• Remove form question asking users if they are receiving/distributing payment (now implicit from pre-form modal)
• Add "Looking for X" tag on RFP metadata sidebar and card component

Motivation & Context

• Make it easier to see at a glance who this RFP is meant for
• Enable us to filter on this in future aggregated views of RFPs across accounts
• Reduce confusion for users

Steps to test

1. Observe all previous RFPs have this flag now (closed RFPs do not to reduce confusion)
2. Create a new RFP, choose either modal option
3. Observe no question asking about payment direction
4. Note that post-creation RFP has the tag on its sidebar metadata

Put asterisks for all input that's required. We don't offer "select one" option for the dropdowns so an input is technically required

Use a different identity component to accommodate for longer name and position it underneath the "propose" CTA
