Make gnosis transaction link have precedence to etherscan

if a transaction is executed through gnosis, show the "See transaction" link to gnosis instead of etherscan, otherwise direct to etherscan

it's weird for a client to have some links go to safe and some to etherscan, either be all on one side or the other
