How to filter the output BEDPE file? #34

I run biser to identify SD using soft-hard genome and think the results are too high. But I don't know how to filter out my result data.

Hi @tiramisutes

That really depends on your use-case; there is no general script for this as all of them are application-specific. However, if you are getting too many results, try soft-masking your genome with RepeatMasker.
