Create Chainlink External Adapter #6

We need a Chainlink external adapter that can validate the number of posts a specific Lens profile has created in a given time period. This will be used to validate that the agency is posting enough to meet their payment requirements.

Got started with some of this. A .yarn folder accidentally got committed, going to have to fix that.

Need to spend some time thinking about how the backend layout is going to work before going too much further. Will start to diagram this out tomorrow.
