Track treasury wallet balance #17

Using gnosis API or Etherscan API we can track the treasury wallet balance, this can be kept private or public.

1/ privately, we can build a "box" in the members dashboard and just show the current value + assets contained in the treasury wallet.

2/ publicly, we can do the same but this should be implemented in the "members cards" page.
