Tangent export #22

Hello, there is no options on the import to check if the engine have to recalculate the tangent or to import them. Do you know a workaround ?

I guess that UE4 recalculates the tangents on import. I recently found that it is possible to export tangents, but haven't got the time to fix it. I'll schedule it for the next release.
