Show only dungeons that give IO #206

Would be cool if you could hook into raider.io and only list dungeons that will give you IO, and how much IO it will give, etc...

See #147 and also #155, #136. To provide this feature, I would need the key level of a goup. The only source for key level is the group title, which is protected and cannot be read by addons. Therefore not possible.
