Pei states evolution of the meta-rules to continue the NARS system. His current thinking seems to be an evolution of system parameters. This would be simplest start.

I'd like to explore alternative is to feed the system source code into a Cartesian Genetic Programming algo and run the search over several months. Population would require identical duplicates to dampen randomness in reasoning.

The fitness function should be based on the ability to satisfy it's goals the fastest. (See Emotion) also see book A General Theory of Intelligence in 2.1 Degree of intelligence it's stated "If everything else is equal, but one system is faster in adapting to the changes in the environment, then the former is more intelligent than the latter. The same is true if the former is open to more forms of input information, or is more efficient in using available resources."

An NARS equivellent of an "IQ test" should be formed, unsure what what would look like.

Need to compile NAL-9 pre-knowledge so NARS can effectively use them. Ask Pei's input when implemented
