Not working, or not being installed correctly (windows 10)? #2

How are we meant to install this? I downloaded the most recent .ttf from releases, and used "install" in its context menu after right clicking the file. In font settings, it's considered installed, but is being rendered as boxes:

I noticed that it's working now, and it's probably because my computer rebooted recently.
