FIx "Last background frame" problem #264

After switching to stream\view mode, there is a bug with that we stop to render alpha channel, and some artifacts could appear during "switching" of states (e.g none -> broadcast)

STR:

  1. Enable fullscreen mode (ctrl+f) on captured monitor
  2. Click stop button
  3. Click stream button
