Unification of dnstwist + SQLite + Email reporting. Set it as a cron job that runs every hour, give it a list of domains and email addresses for reporting, then watch it go find stuff.

feat: Allow note-taking and/or other status tracking in database for individual domains #12
It might be helpful to retain some more notes about the status of found domain variants over time.
For example, some organizations may initiate take-down requests with domain registrars, report domains to Google for flagging in Chrome, etc.
