Closes #24

This creates an autopopulated list of apps that can be muted.

Todo: Add Translations/Descriptions Translations still need to be added manually, but now we have a specific place for it.

I also added BigText style to notifications so that it is possible to expand the notification and read the full message

Todo: Pre-add apps via AppPreferences
