High battery usage #67

In numerous issues(e.g. #62) high battery usage was reported both if the Nextcloud used a API(login) provider and if HTTP is used as API provider. The app service should be profiled in order to identify source of high battery usage and reduce all possible sources of increased CPU and I/O usage
