Stutters in audio when changing from 2.0 to 5.1 (ac3) audio #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing a video from HBO(i.e. GoT)
2. Keep viewing the video until the HBO-logo start to appear.
3. At this point the audio changes from 2.0 to 5.1 w/ stutters...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting clean 5.1 audio... 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu Server 12.10
UMS-2.6.2
MEncoder (FFmpeg is ok on this issue, but have other problems with it. ;P)

Please provide any additional information below.
There is no errors popping up in the debug.log file

The episodes work fine for me, might be best to make a post on the support 
forum for this
