subtitles - "presentation graphics" and Vobsub - don't show up #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://www.nyaa.eu/?page=view&tid=292689
2. play in transcode mode and select any player with Japanese Audio and English 
subs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Japanese Audio w English subs. Hear audio but no subs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.4 Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
