UMS ps3 no renderers #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start ps3
2. start UMS 
3. No renderers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected for ps3 and UMS to connect, no ums icon on ps3 or rederers in UMS

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3 Windows 7 sp1

Please provide any additional information below.

Thought the ports were forwarded, then it started saying the port were in use 
by another.
