Syntax Error #38

I need help here, i tried to execute "python insTof7.py"

got this error :

"file insTof7.py" , line 122 'enc_password': f'#PWD_INSTAGRAM_BROWSER:0:{time}:{pwd}', ^ SyntaxError: Invalid syntax

-Any idea how to fix this?
