landing page for classroom url #155

if the time+room redirect doesnt work (there isn't a corresponding class at that time) then we should set up a landing page, or just have it redirect to the homepage and display an error message

currently it returns to the home page with an error alert (however, the alert says "invalid chatroom"). @pingpongboss we might need a way to distinguish between an invalid chatroom and a failed time+room redirect if we want a more clear error message.
