Hello 0xless,

my currently notebook, the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC7 - Type 82R9 is not supported by your script.

I had try the main, experimental and the both forks from zenitraM and ayushjaipuriyar - no success. Also its not possible to choose the battery mode over the power-profiles-daemon from gnome. I use Arch-Zen, and yes acpi_call-dkms is installed.

Do you have any ideas or someone else? Specific I`m currently not deep enough in the topic, to created something likes this by my own. If you have any tips, ideas or want somethings to know, please lets me know.

Hello,

😅 the problem is solved. The script still didn't work on my laptop - but the power-profiles-daemon does it.

I have try it again and had looked now the output from the UEFI and the file /sys/firmware/acpi/platform_profile. The reason at the beginning, why I didn't see this, I have only controll the output from the benchmark test and expected, that the different would be bigger. And the airfan didn't maked any different. 🤷

So, this isn't necessary any more. However, should you still be interested to make the script makes work for the 82R9 and need information from me - more exactly from my laptop - let's me know.
