Auto-join every public Slack channel #41

It would be nice if tacobot auto-joined every current and new public Slack channel, so the first use of :taco: in a channel always works - currently the first few :taco:s, until someone aware of this limitation invites the bot, will not be picked up.

Alternatively, if it's easier, the bot could read some number of past messages when added to a new channel, so these will still be picked up even if the bot is added later.
