Echo dot

Echo dot

Which version do you have? I have just tested it with v2 and v3 and it's working for me, let me know which model you have

A-r-jun commented 3 years ago

Echo dot V3

Ok, that's a compatible model.

Try this:

  1. Unplug your Echo from the electricity for a few seconds
  2. Restart the SmartBoard
  3. Run a discovery from Alexa from the app or via voice commands

It should discover it
