Add support for KVTML files.

Currently searching for a complete schema definition. Apparently https://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/kde/extrafiles/edu/kvtml/sample.txt is a complete definition ?

We should also link to https://edu.kde.org/contrib/kvtml.php for a list of predefined sets.
