Add docker file and change import path for golang-evtx #9

Hi guys!

Thank you for your awesome soft. I change your code in import block and use right path to evtx package for people who want to install you package without problems with /evtx directory, i think it is right decision based on best practices in writing code. Additionally i add Dockefile for run you soft in docker container. Add simple example in README.md
