remove TRMIdentifier #40

remove TRMIdentifier in compliance/index.ts and remove compliance attribute in BaseChain

the screening api no longer requires chain in the payload https://docs.sanctions.trmlabs.com/#operation/PublicV1SanctionsScreeningPost
