Rename all DEXs to their branded names #68

Description

The pretty names on DEXs can be renamed to the names that the DEX teams brand them as. A Uniswap V3 fork might be "Ramses Concentrated Liquidity" or something like this.

If this is going to cause issue in our database, we can save this for another time. It's not as priority as just having prettified names in the first place.

@0x0Koda I started making the list, but think it's clearer for us to keep our own nomenclature. Especially for debugging and customer support it's easier. The branding that each DEX puts on the contracts is often unclear too.

Suggesting we close this ticket.
