Libdsmi for windows/mac/linux? #5

This is a feature request. It would be really nice to be able to use the 
exact same mechanism as the iPhone and DS apps use to send midi over wifi 
between computers on the network. It would make networked midi a breeze and 
present a unified mechanism.

We've talked about addressing this using the servers.  In a coming version we 
have talking about making the server act as "just a node" rather than a server. 
  Also we would make the existing libraries accept this "just a node" model as 
well.   What this would mean is that every device with libDSMI or every server 
running on your computer would send and receive openly to all listening dsmi 
devices, and filter based on midi channel only.
