Ability to use RAM expansions with Nitro Tracker and ability to take
advantage of extra RAM in DSi.

DSi RAM support is provided by https://github.com/0xtob/nitrotracker/pull/61

Unfortunately, I lack the equipment necessary for testing with RAM expansions; and the question of what data would end up in external RAM remains.
