Needs a better way to handle large amounts of data. Possible causes or slowdown:

Storing all the data in that array
Looping through it all each time to create a new string character, probably not the best way. Just convert byte to a char as they come in?
Calling StateHasChanged() so often, maybe stagger it
Calling js.invokeVoidAsync() so often

Updated code for performance boost. Also added a checkbox to delay re-renders, grouping them together.
