Missing dpkg-reconfigure in base installed image #204

I liked your alternate instructions, but I was missing both locales and debconf. Maybe you can update your instructions to apt install both to configure locale.

I’m a bit surprised debconf isn’t one of the base packages. I went ahead and added them both to the packages installed as part of the script.
