Change "visibility" to "pause broadcasting" #20

Currently, the visibility option is pausing all emission of a GM's Combat Numbers. It'd be great if this option was rebranded so that they themselves could see the numbers appearing, but just not broadcast their own changes.

This is helpful for a GM.
