[Feature] Apply masked state to damage, heal, or both #58

Currently, when you have mask default state on, it applies a description (hit/miss) instead of a number for both damage and healing. It would be desirable to be able to select which of the two (damage/healing) you wanted to be masked. For example, I don't need damage to be masked for hostile tokens, but I do want healing to be masked, since that's not information that players should have access to.
