No GPS data in RAW geocoded files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The routine procedure - select folder with cource pics, nmea file, press 
'Synchronize'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The result - created folders with backuped originals, thumbnails, log file.
Log file tells that everything is okay, gps data added. When I inspect 
resulting files into Adobe Bridge - no gps data.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.10

Please provide any additional information below.
Sould I send one of the RAW files and Log file?

Is it an original picture (ie comming from the camera) or another software has 
added
some metadata (I've seen some cases where a software alter the picture header 
in a
way that EXIFTool, the librairy I'm using, can't deal with).
