Thumbnailing for raws Enhancement #62

Great program, thank you for coding it. I shoot only raws and it would be
nice if the "View in Google Earth" button would display the thumbnails from
the raw images. 

I am very impressed that I can at least tag my .dng files with the
lat/lon/altitude so I'm fairly happy as is.

Hello and thanks for your feedback.

I had problems in the past to extract thumnails from RAWs with ExifTool but 
I'll see
what I can do for future versions.
