7 years ago Excellent, and I really like the open close symbols as well, only thing left is to change the legend and add open and close symbols plus description in the legend. The legend currently only reports intron, missense and silence
We should remove the horizontal line, as the threshold is different for different phenotypes Is it possible to create filled and open symbols to indicate if an association is significant in the respective phenotype ?
