Great project idea, thank you. I have modified it quite heavily however as I found the objectives not being primarly focused on Aurora (eg. VPC creation) and clear about the steps that need to be accomplished.

• Difficulty level set to 200 as Aurora isn't covered in-depth in the SAA exam even. Lot of "outside" knowledge needed for this project (VPC, database ground knowledge, etc.)
• Remove VPC creation and associated redundant tasks, use default VPC instead
• Clarify Aurora database creation steps
• Fix pricing, Aurora is not included in the free tier
• Make "questions to answer" more precise

I have kept you as the sole creator of the project idea of course. With these modifications, the idea is ready to be merged. If I have made mistakes or typos, please do not hesitate to fix them in another PR.
