Update Dels descriptions #9

Changes [shipyard 1] into Denaco and [shipyard 2] into Eldorn and gives the Deeris a description.

I rechecked my notes and it seems like I've already decided on the names for these shipyard but simply forgot to update the description. Will update it. I'll also update the descriptions for most Dels ship as after re-reading it I really dislike some of it now.
