Localization in SPANISH

I don't think it's time yet to start translating Sigil. Development is way to 
heavy
right now, and any translation strings would be quickly made obsolete.

I'll issue a general call for translators when Sigil stabilizes.

Basically, no. I need to make the language selectable, and to do that, I need 
an options screen. Making an options screen is a major undertaking.

A couple of months down the line. There are plenty of things that are more 
high-priority.
