Renaming and then splitting will produce errors in content.opf #800

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Split a file
2. Rename the Section0001.xhtml to something else
3. Split another chapter off. It will be named Section0001.xhtml

Result is two files in the content.opf with the same id, namely 
'Section0001.xhtml'. This will result in various issues. Upon saving and 
opening some files are missing apparently.
Also TOC generation will not work correctly anymore.
