Can’t adjust size of TOC sidebar fully #809

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on boarder of TOC sidebar
2.Move mouse to right to make smaller
3.Cant make it smaller than width of ‘Generate TOC from headings’ button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Make the size of sidebar very small

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0beta2
