If xhtml is not well formed not possible to save #814

What steps will reproduce the problem?

When in code view with and want to save or change to Book view the dialogue box 
comes up (as designed) with error warning.
However there is no option to save the file; only automatically fix or fix 
manually.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The option to save (or ignore warning) is needed for the case that user does 
not want to finish editing code right now (save changes that have been made in 
code and come back to it later) or to check code in another file (e.g to check 
id ref or something like that).  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0beta2
